Lead IT China team to manage and support all bank information systems, and deliver IT services to all China branches.

Work with Asia-Pacific and global IT teams to delivery AP and global services to China local business.

Work with China local business closely to deliver local, regional or global projects from initialization to closure to meet the business objectives

Work with Compliance and business to deliver compliance and regulatory requests from local regulatory authorities (PBOC, CBRC, SAFE, and CFETS) or Head Office.

Help bank business on business requirements analysis, review and solution delivery applied with changes on banking information systems, new technology and architecture to meet business objective with optimized business processing.

Review and monitor IT system operational reports submitted by AP Data Center team daily.

Security and Audit (internal and external) review and delivery

Direct the preparation and implementation of policies, procedures, standards & guidelines relating to information systems.

Local and regional vendor management

People management and performance review

IT budget control and strategy plan.

Key Achievements:
Led and managed multiple teams (over 100 people) from business, IT, local / global vendors to deliver Consumer core banking system implementation successfully, and settled the system smoothly with services model with multiple local and oversea teams coupled with local team building.

Delivered IT changes to meet objective of Locally Incorporated Bank which was passed by local CBRC

Delivered enhancements, requests and application support to meet business needs covering all banking information systems (Retail, Wholesale, treasury …)
