For the year of 2007
· Finished the air ticket agent transfer, from HRG to AMEX, the purpose is to mach the requirement and service standard with the group, at the same times for our BJ office can enjoy the special discount.

For the year of 2008
· Finish the office moving, relocation, lay out, decoration, arrange and invite public bidding for the entire project Successfully.
· Assist HR Team to finish the Global graduate recruit.
For the year of 2009
· According to the company’s policy and get the support and cooperate from my boss and staff, compare the same period of 2008, the admin related expenses to be saved about 25% averagely.
· Update the travel policy timely, cooperate with IT depart. to developed and lunch the e-travel and e-stationery system to improve the working efficiency, and making the approve procedure simply.
· Cooperate with the procurement manager to review the air-ticket vendor’s service and price timely. The result is reducing management fee about 20% and improve the service also.
